The Visible Story resources and trains mission workers in Indonesia to share the Bible’s life words with their community, helping people see themselves as part of God’s story. The programme has been specially designed to use with remote communities that have low literacy, high poverty and a lack of technology.
Working through our partners, Indonesian Bible students are trained in ‘engaged storytelling’ and equipped to start faith conversations. They use a colourful flipchart to share four of Jesus’ parables, which have been carefully selected for their resonance with Indonesian culture and everyday life.
