How to download items

To download items at the end of the ordering process

Select your downloads by clicking on the 'add to shopping cart' button as usual.

When you checkout, you will have the opportunity to pay it forward on your order, or receive them for free. At the end of the payment process, you will see the usual confirmation page. Depending on you screen settings you may need to scroll down the page where you will see all of your downloads listed, with a 'download' button to the right of each item.

Click the 'download' button, and a windows pop-up box will appear. Select the 'save as' option, and the zipped file of resources will be saved to your computer. Repeat for each download listed.

To download items up to a week after completing your order

If the download fails for any reason, or you wish to save it again to a different computer, you can access your downloads on the SGM Lifewords site for seven days and up to a maximum of five times after the order was made.

Just log in and select 'My Account'. Then click 'view' next to the order for the downloadable items. You will see the order details listed along with the donation information. Below this the instructions to download your files and the download button appears next to each downloadable item.

If your download period has expired the button will no longer appear.
