This week, Christians around the world joined together in remembering Christ’s death and resurrection. Join us in prayer that as the Easter story is retold and celebrated once again, it will bring transformation in the lives of individuals, churches and communities.
- “This is real love. It is not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.” 1 John 4:10 (NLT) Give thanks for the good news of the Gospel – that God came to meet us in the person of his Son, to bring hope, healing, and life in all its fullness. Pray that as we choose to live in him, and he in us, we might be encouraged to work for the growth of his Kingdom.
- Join us in praying for churches around the world as they reached out to their communities with the Bible’s life-giving words this Easter. Pray for the follow up of initiatives like A Passion for Life – an evangelistic campaign in the UK, “proclaiming Christ’s passion for the life of the world”.
- We all long to see those we love to come to faith, but so often, we can find them the hardest people to share our Story with. Please pray for all those looking to share the gospel with family and friends, that they would be encouraged by opportunities to start conversations and share the Bible’s life words with those close to them.
