This site is a joint venture between ECSR and SGM Lifewords. It was launched in 2005 to accompany the SGM Lifewords publication Afraid to Leave, Afraid to Stay. Now out of print, this site is no longer actively maintained, but we have left the downloads and links online for those seeking further information about serving refugees in their communities.

ECSR exists to assist and equip Christians to express God’s love in practical and informed ways to asylum seekers and refugees in the UK.
